We understand that having a child in treatment is emotionally exhausting.

You navigate through seemingly endless stormy waters before, during and after your child enters treatment.

Worry, fear and anxiety fluctuate throughout the process, and you often find yourself in a constant state of “fight or flight”. This is understandable, given that, up until this point, you have probably been dealing with multiple crises. This kind of constant parenting vigilance takes its toll on your emotional wellbeing. What has served you in true parenting emergencies can actually impede the healing process.

In this course, we’ll show you how to find a bit more zen in your parenting

You’ll learn how to lean in, rather than avoid or fix difficult emotions. By the end of the course, you’ll have the tools and support that will enable you to accept and transform your difficult emotions into resilience.

This course is for you if you’d like to:
  • Support your child as he or she experiences their own difficult emotions, without rescuing
  • Find ways to shift old patterns of self-judgment and blame into positive growth.
  • Develop healthy stress management habits
  • Manage anxiety and fears around parenting a struggling child

This course will be running in 2017 and taught by Hilary Moses. To get on the early notification list for registration, please sign up here…
