Gateway-Solutions Transition Program is a partnership between Gateway Academy and Solutions Parenting Support. This transition support will help you create a home environment where your child can sustain the therapeutic work that he has received at Gateway Academy. You, as parents, will have access to our online material that will help walk you through creating your Gateway Solutions Sustainability Plan and prepare you for your initial home visit(s) with your son and the final transition home.
