Martha Bouchard, MS

Admissions Director

I have worked in the therapeutic field for more than 20 years. I began my career as a direct care staff, mentor and advocate for boys in a residential treatment center. After developing and receiving accreditation for an experiential curriculum that got them out of their residences and into nature, I chose to pursue a Masterʻs of Science in Environmental Education that allowed me to dig deeper into the world of systems theory focused organizational development and program leadership.

My understanding of the needs of young people and families seeking support allows me to approach each admission with the compassion, insight and direction needed to find the best coach match and coaching package for each family.

I bring experience in the therapeutic field in operations, direct care, program development, administration, management and admissions to the team. My understanding of the needs of young people and families seeking support allows me to approach each admission with the compassion, insight and direction needed to find the best coach match and coaching package for each family.

I believe that parents are the cornerstone of foundational healing for families and as a parent myself, I am always looking to learn and bring my very best self to everything I do.

Outside of Solutions I serve on the board of directors for a community health organization, as an operations consultant for an educational institution, and most importantly as a growing farmer, an evolving partner and an ever-learning mother.
